   Clients must provide accurate information and documents within the required timelines. Any delay or rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documentation is solely the client’s responsibility.

4. No Government Affiliation
   We are a private consultancy and have no association with foreign embassies, consulates, or government immigration departments.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
   All personal information is securely handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable data laws (GDPR & IT Act of India).

6. Compliance
   Client must comply with all regulations, eligibility requirements, and instructions provided during the process.
